Dues & Fees
FCM relies on membership dues to sustain its operations and fulfill its mission of supporting and empowering ministers in their diverse calls to service. These dues enable FCM to provide essential resources, foster a vibrant community of faith leaders, and promote innovative approaches to ministry.
By contributing annual membership dues, members help ensure that FCM can continue to offer valuable programs, maintain organizational infrastructure, and advocate for inclusive and compassionate ministries in the world. Membership terms follow the calendar year (January 1 – December 31), and the renewal period runs from September 1st to October 31st. Each member must also submit an annual report that describes their current ministry in order to maintain membership status.

New Member Fees
Individuals and Faith Communities that wish to become FCM members submit their application and associated fee. The fee is simultaneously the application fee, and the first year’s membership dues. Depending on the month in which the new member joins, the renewal fee for the next membership year (year 2) may be pro-rated, learn more about pro-rated dues here.

Application & Administrative Fees
Members who wish to seek Commissioning (Ordination) and/or Ecclesiastical Endorsement with FCM are required to submit fees as part of that process. Application fees are above and beyond any membership dues paid, and are non-refundable. The current fee schedule is shown below:

Member Renewal Dues
Members in good standing must renew their membership annually, renewal dues are based upon the granted faculties to the member. The current dues schedule is shown below:

Pro-rated Membership Dues
Membership dues are pro-rated for the second year of membership based on the month of enrollment. Members who join in January, February, or March pay the full renewal fee for the following year. Those who join in April, May, or June pay three-quarters of the renewal fee for the following year. Members joining in July or August pay half of the renewal fee for the following year. Finally, members who join from September through the end of the year pay no renewal fee for the following year. This schedule ensures that the membership renewal fee for a member’s second year is adjusted based on when they initially joined.
