It is our joy to share with you about our upcoming bi-annual National Assembly for the Federation of Christian Ministries. Our assembly—“From Burden to Belonging: Finding Rest and Renewal in the FCM Vision”—will be held in Atlanta from July 19th-21st. We anticipate a great turnout of members, family, friends, and community partners for our assembly bringing together thought leaders, activists, passionate artists, and pastoral care providers in and around the Christian community. Our membership has grown exponentially in the last few years from 150 people to well over 600, and because of that we need your help.

As part of our annual assembly, we are excited to offer several sponsorship opportunities which will enable you to connect with our members, their families and our friends in our growing ministries. On the accompanying pages you will find a list of eligible sponsorship levels and the corresponding benefits. We believe partnering with us in this Assembly will be a great benefit to you. All donations are tax deductible, and FCM will share a tax receipt for your records.

Organizational Sponsorship Levels

$10,000

Includes:

• Assembly registration, hotel accommodations and meals for 5 individuals,
• your organization’s name/logo listed as the lead sponsor on all materials,
• a display table in the Assembly lobby, and;
• a speaking opportunity at our Assembly opening and/or a breakout session.

$5,000

Includes:

• Assembly registration, hotel accommodations, and meals for 4 individuals,
• a quarter-page ad in the printed program,
• a display table in the Assembly lobby, and;
• your logo on meeting materials and visual media.

$2,500

Includes:

• Assembly registration, hotel accommodations and meals for two people,
• a half-page ad in the printed program,
• a display table in the Assembly lobby, and;
• your logo on meeting materials and visual media.

Includes:

• Assembly registration, hotel accommodations and meals for one person,
• a quarter-page ad in the printed program,
• a display table in the Assembly lobby, and;

General Donors will have their names printed in Assembly materials, unless you indicate you wish to remain anonymous.
