Please use this form to submit an application for a reduction in dues. Information shared here is only sent to your Regional Vice President for review.
Application Process
- Request for Consideration
- Members requesting a reduced rate must complete the Sliding Scale Membership Dues Application, available on FCM’s website. Applications should outline the specific financial hardship and the requested reduction tier.
- Review Process
- The Regional Vice President will review each application within 45 days. Decisions will be communicated within 15, and the reduction will be applied to the member’s dues for the current membership year.
- If additional information is needed, the applicant may be asked to provide supporting documentation.
- Duration of Adjustment
- Approved sliding scale adjustments are valid for the current membership year. Members must reapply annually if financial hardship persists.
- Appeals
- If a member disagrees with the decision regarding their sliding scale request, they may submit an appeal in writing to the Circle of Directors within 30 days of receiving the decision.
Member Responsibilities
- While we strive to accommodate financial hardships, we encourage members to select the highest dues tier they can reasonably afford. This helps sustain the programs and services offered by FCM.
- Members who receive reduced dues are expected to participate fully in organizational activities and uphold the commitments of membership.
